Eneco eMobility (EEM) is a frontrunner in the switch to a carbon neutral world. They are a driving force in the adaptation and implementation of electric transportation. The challenge for this project was to have a new touch point for customers to have an easier and faster way to manage and use their Eneco eMobility products and services.

We kicked off the project with an in depth analysis of the target audience. Multiple interviews with potential customers before and during the design process provided us with a good understanding of their needs.
